Before arranging your return, please check the Approval Guarantee checklist below:

 

• ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF FAULTY! 
•  If your Item Is faulty then Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Please ensure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped in its original packaging and that any security tags or rubber bands have not been removed and are still intact.

All Items are checked over twice before being sent out to our custmers to make sure products are not faulty!

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygiene puposes, Please insure that your preferred items are correct before placing your order.

All items will be inspected upon return. and if it does not meet our requirements unfortunatly the hair/ products will be posted straight back to you. And the refund will not be processed.
